Question / Help Black Screen OBS Windows Capture

Hi, when I windows capture I keep getting a black screen. This is what I've done so far:
-Reset OBS and Computer
-Run as administrator
-Update OBS
-Using compatibility mode
-Checking background process
-Uninstall and reinstall OBS

Also I am running intel so don't ask me about changing NVIDIA settings.
