Question / Help Black screen no matter what, Desktop - WIndows 10

So I've been looking up solutions and trying everything I can find listed on the forums and youtube videos to try to fix this and nothing is working.

OBS won't capture a specific window or the desktop at all and shows only a black screen.

I've tried running an earlier version (17.0.0), tried running it in 32 bit. Tried running both as admin, in compatibility mode (windows 7+8). I've tried using nvidia control panel to select a GFX card for OBS to use, but I've got no integrated GFX card so there's no option to set it otherwise on Nvidia control panel. I've also disabled Browser Hardware Acceleration in chrome but the log still shows it enabled, not sure why or if that's the problem.

Any help would be very appreciated, if I had hair I'd be pulling it out.

Do you have sources other than these? The above appears to be an unconfigured game capture (not set to any application, no game capture attempt is in the log) and there aren't any Display (Monitor) or Window captures in the log either.

That may have been the wrong log, heres a current one where I tried setting it to record Apex legends. Tried a few different settings.
