Question / Help BLACK SCREEN NIGHTMARE AFTER LATEST UPDATE (23.2.1)

I've looked up tons of videos and they are all basically the same with the black screen fix. However, NONE of the steps have helped me fix it like most people I see in the comments. The black screen is so annoying when trying to capture different screens, especially games. Please help!

Please try to include a recording/streaming session when you experience problems while streaming or recording,
as OBS only writes important performance data during recording or streaming sessions.
