This has been happening to me lately. I get a black screen with the two preview and program windows (foto attached), and I can't click on anything. OBS doesn't freeze, but I can't access anything. Sometimes it responds with Windows+Alt+Up, and I can continue streaming.
When I try to take a screenshot to record the video with the error, it mysteriously doesn't work. I understand it's related, but I ended up recording the video with my phone.
If anyone else is experiencing this, Windows+Alt+Up usually fixes it.
