Question / Help Black Screen in Game Capture. (PC, Win7)

First of all, yes my PC is a potato, but not really /that/ potato. I have a painfully strangled budget.

About one or two days ago, I used OBS to test-stream Paladins for Twitch. I was using Win10 and my RAM was 1x4GB, but [Game Capture] just worked okay. Even if the stream was stuttering horribly, though. (Footage: https://www.twitch.tv/videos/185775206)

Recently today, I just upgraded my RAM into 2x4GB and downgraded my Windows to Win7 because Win10 is kind of RAM consuming to me.
I redownloaded and reinstalled OBS because the backed-up OBS seems to not work, and I reinstalled using the same step like what I did when I was using Win10.

However now, the [Game Capture] is blank, just black screen. It detects the Paladins.exe that runs in full-screen, but it just doesn't capture the image. I thought this problem only exists if the full-screen game is minimized, but it turns out even on full-screen the [Game Capture] still doesn't work.

Is there any way to fix this? Because it was working in this same PC, with Windows 10 and half of RAM.
