Black screen in Game Capture after upgrading the video card.

Hi !
After I recently upgraded my video card
GT 1030 to GTX 1060 things went crazy with game capture.
It no longer captures absolutely any game I've tried in any form.

This only happens on OBS! I installed Streamlabs on the PC and on Streamlabs game capture works.

My GTX 1060 video card is not defective also, it has the latest drivers.
And the problem is only with "Game Capture", Display Capture works without problems.

I tried to reinstall OBS and give automatic settings but everything is in vain, nothing works.
I enter the game, start OBS. I move a little, it shows the image of the game at the beginning, after which it remains frozen.

I really don't understand why I don't have problems with Game Capture on Streamlabs but I do on OBS.
How could I solve it, please?

Now I investigated more carefully and noticed with the old settings before I bought my GTX,
I encode on the CPU. And Game Capture works on the CPU.
It seems that it does not work on NVENC although GTX 1060 is possible on NVENC. Shows black screen on Game Capture. ( With NVENC )
