Question / Help Black Screen - HP PC

Hello OBS folks,
This PC has dual card Intel on board chip and a RX 460 from AMD.
I think this is the fundamental problem.

However I cant seem to find an admin screen that lets me direct traffic for AMD vs Intel graphics... Any thoughts would be much appreciated. Most recent log attached.
- does say no chrome_elf.dll not found. as well as a libcef.dll not found.

If I need to try and record again and reload a log happy to do so.
Note, I had this working but either I changed a setting, or updated a driver or FUBAR'd it somehow...:(

are you moving obs to the second monitor? it has to run on the same monitor game runs
why not using game capture? display capture is slow and generally should not be used unless you really need it

Im capturing a Java based app that has a digital representation of a board game - Vassalengine.org is the app. Good question
