Black Screen Game Capture OBS after running a cleanup app

I was using OBS to record some games and the game capture was working fine, until I ran the clean up app I used, and it may have cleaned/deleted something that requires the game capture to record, and I have done the fix attempts like running it in administrator and changing it to power saving but it still didn't work. I am having a very hard time figuring out what is wrong with it. All I just did was run 360 total security clean up and now I don't know what files got removed that makes it work. I just used the clean up for the first time, though I have used it before in my last laptop.

Best first step? You can just reinstall the latest OBS over the existing install to replace any files that the 'cleanup' may have removed. You should not lose any of your scenes. Just do not uninstall OBS first (that will remove them).

I appreciate the help, Sadly, it doesn't seem to work. And i'm sorry i forgot to mention aswell, that the app i used to clean up had an option of turning off some options on my pc to "make it run faster" and i didn't get to see what it turned off so maybe the cause is that.
