Bug Report Black Screen from Cameras

Video Capture Device gives black screen with 0.16.2. Two Win7 computers have the same symptom with nearly identical Sony cameras HVR-Z1U and HDR-FX1 that are recognized by other software. Version .0.15.x had shown the correct image on one computer and Classic had shown the correct image on the other. .

Your settings for your camera sources are not set right.

OBS worked with this camera first time out of the box with no adjustment with OBS 0.15.x and with OBS Classic. Thew issue is with OBS 0.16.2.

Properties box shows red when camera is not connected and no red when camera is connected, so camera is detected.

Configure Video and Configure Crossbar buttons do nothing.

Sorry, I don't spend much time on forums. I don't know which buttons to push. I'll try the other one...

Let me know anything else that may be helpful to figure out what I'm doing wrong.

Resolution/fps type set to custom
resolution 720x480, frame rate 29.97, format dvsd

I can set resolution to match in 0.16.2. But frame rate does not show a number in 0.16.2. Format only says "Any", not a number. Configure Video button does nothing. The only change possible, resolution to 720x480 does make the image appear.
