Question / Help Black screen for video capture image

Hello all. I have installed OBS studio on Windows7 . But it shows blank screen for video capture image.Please guide me to solve this problem
 
1. Update to Windows 10 1909. Windows 7 is not listed as a supported operating system on the download page.
2. If problem persists then

Depending on your Windows version and what sources you wish to use, you may need to set OBS to run on a specific GPU. Not sure which Windows version you have? Press Windows+R and run "winver". For Windows 10 1909 or newer: Open Settings and search for "Graphics Settings". Select "Classic App"...
