Black screen for Network broadcasts

I just updated OBS. The following did not work as it did before:
New Source 'Display Capture' of my second monitor playing HULU broadcast for a local CBS channel only showed black, even for any broadcast. Graphics work or Youtube videos show up. Even the HULU graphics show up.
Was some sort of block was added to OBS or is something else wrong.

This would be HULU's DRM kicking in to prevent people from recording their video streams.

Actually, it happens with any live broadcast, not just HULU. This latest OBS update must have put a block on viewing a live broadcast.
Wonder if there is a work around?

I see the border of the show with some small icons and the subtitles. It's just the video.
