Black screen for MSNBC / CNBC only

I used OBS studio to capture short news clips on my PC screen. It works fine for CNN and most other networks...but for some reason MSNBC and CNBC deliver a black screen. Oddly - sometimes the graphics (network logo etc) comes through...but not the images that are on the screen. I have tried a half dozen fixes mentioned on line for curing the black screen problem (usually described as effecting all display input) but none work and none mention this issue of only certain channels being blocked. Note...at times in the recent pass MSNBC etc worked fine in OBS...but not now. Any suggestions?

Thanks. But that is not true. I MAY have fixed the problem by disabling the hardware accelerator in Chrome.

It is true. Disabling the hardware acceleration causes to bypass this measures.
