black screen for game capture on laptop

before you send me "Laptop? Black screen when capturing? Read here first." post i already read it and still didnt work at all so what else can i do?
i already uninstall even download older obs but failed to show

You did not correctly set OBS to run on the low-power GPU. You may have used an outdated version of the fix; Microsoft changed it so you have to do the GPU assignment in Windows, NOT in the nVidia Control Panel. Here's a link to the right way to do it:

Then post a new logfile, because the one you posted above says that you didn't do it right.
