Question / Help Black Screen for both Game and Window Capture

As you can see, I run a very underpowered laptop. I use OBS because it's generally low-powered. The program worked very well for me until last night, when I started having this issue. I haven't been able to find a solution myself after hours of research, so maybe my situation is unique.

Last night I was trying to record Pokemon Sage and Undertale, so no CPU intensive titles, and I only have the Intel Integrated Graphics as my GPU, so the Multi-GPU fix isn't applicable.

The logs show you trying to Game Capture Chrome, which is not possible. You need to use Window Capture, but first you must disable hardware acceleration on Chrome for Window Capture to work.
