Question / Help Black screen display capture

when i try to record a display capture(desktop) it just shows a black screen but when i try game capture it works. i am using a laptop with two graphics cards.
i have tried all the fixers and none of them work.
i tried setting it to Integrated graphics in the nvidia control panel it didn't work, i tried running it in windows 7 mode that didn't work as well.
please help me.
i have the same problem with obs streamlabs aswell

OBS needs a real hardware GPU. Either you don't have a driver for your GPU, or this is running in a virtual machine or over a remote desktop connection.
