Bug Report Black Screen Display Capture

Note: This is not the issue from the sticky. I am aware about display adapters in Laptops and my setup worked with the previous version of OBS.

I can chose "Display Capture" and I see the display in the Properties pages but I never see the content in OBS. See screenshot. In OBS it stays black.
