I use OBS to record gameplay footage, but sometimes the output video files are corrupted. One aspect of the corruption is the same every time: the first few seconds of the video are missing, then there's mostly a black screen with some of my game's UI visible (though corrupted), then the remainder of the video appears fine. The main issue I run into is that when this happens, I'm often missing some of my audio tracks (I use 4 audio tracks for the game, my mic, discord, and music), and when I cut the video during editing in Kdenlive the remaining audio and video is desynced, which prevents me from just trimming the first few seconds and then editing as normal.
Here's a short recording of one video with this problem, I'm hoping the artifacts shown here are recognizable to someone who can give me some advice on how to fix it.
