Black screen, cannot record any source

Getting a black screen with OBS. Tried running as admin. Tried reinstalling OBS. Windows 10 is up to date. The first 2 logs are before I updated my GPU drivers and the second 2 are from after updating my GPU drivers and restarting my PC. I use OBS for recording mostly but occasionally for streaming. I'm not sure if it's included in these logs, but the logs immediately prior to these ones also mentioned something about "maximum audio buffering reached and adding more buffering" according to chatGPT when I showed it a log. OBS gave me some stuff to try as well so I'll be sure to update if I fix my issue. I have work the next couple days so I won't be available to fix it but could definitely use some advice from people familiar with these logs.

Some other info:
When I record, the screen and preview is like I said black, but the thumbnail for the file is there. Additionally, before I reinstalled OBS I could get it to view my monitor's image but then it got "stuck" and displayed the monitor's image even when I changed the input to something else. Then I think I restarted my PC and that's when the image became permanently black.

Update: I deleted OBS's config folder and set up its settings from scratch and it now appears to be working. However, I won't have time to test it for a couple of days. Here is a final log file to include. It does list some errors in it.

Thanks.

You need to use the proper capture source for the thing you intend to capture. Display capture will capture everything visible on your monitor and should always work. Window capture captures the main window of the selected app. Game capture will capture only games that use directx, opengl or vulkan graphics acceleration.

In one log you pointed game capture to notepad.exe - this will not work.

In your first log your display capture failed. You even ran OBS as admin. Should always work. Remove the source, then add it again, and again point the source to your monitor again in the source properties. If it still doesn't work, a complete reinstall of the graphics driver might help. Not only just updating but uninstall thoroughly and then install the most recent driver.

Let me clarify. Both right before and after updating my gpu drivers I tried display capture, window capture, and then finally game capture. All 3 gave me black screens regardless the input (whether selecting my monitor or a slecific program like my game, notepad, my browser, etc.)

I'll update again when I have tested that it's fully working again.

Update: OBS appears to be working again. Because the problem I experienced happened randomly, I'll update the thread down the road if I experience issues again.
