Question / Help Black screen Avermedia LGEX

Last night my OBS started randomly losing the signal from my cap card, as if it was timing out. My setup has been working for about 6 months with no issue.

I closed OBS, restarted my stream and I got "No signal" and my camera wouldn't load.

I closed OBS, restarted my stream again and my camera was back but I went from "No signal" to just a black screen.

Restarted my machine, but the same result. I don't have a log file (will upload this evening) since Im at work but I wanted to get a possible solution rolling.

I purchased a new HDMI splitter in case that went bad. Thoughts?

How can I go from having no issues for six months to this?

Check your task manager.

I get the black screen when there's a second instance of OBS-MP that's running "invisibly" in the background.

Once I've killed all instances of OBS-MP it comes right back.

Thanks, well that seemed to do it but now I can't get my game audio to work?

Tried re-adding my video capture but it just won't pick up audio.

Actually it only worked the first time. Back to a black screen without two instances of OBS running.

Just tried streaming from rec central and everything works, audio, video, and camera. So at this point it pretty much has to be OBS.
