Black screen appears periodically while streaming

This occurs a few times ever stream. There is no source in my OBS that matches the dimensions of this black box. (pictured above)

When this happens, the Twitch Chat and Activity Docks go black screen as well. (outlined below)

Things I've tried:
- Restarting OBS Studio
- Restarting my computer
- Uninstalling/Reinstalling OBS
- Disconnecting/Reconnecting my Twitch account to OBS
- Resetting my Stream Key
-Uninstalling/Reinstalling OBS plug-ins

I know this post is a bit old, but I'm having a similar issue and so I'm wondering if you ever found a fix?
