Hello all.
Oh black mesa...love the game to death...Im having some issues with recording my game play. The amount of time i've spent testing different settings, trying this, that and the other thing is insane. The settings in the screen shot below have fixed issues with other games i have recorded ( GTA V, spin tires mud runner, examples). All 1080p 60fps...... The recordings did improve when found this combination of settings for black mesa. Still.... every 5 seconds its glitchy...Ive messed with bitrate, changing in increments of 10k, 5k etc. Down to 3500 bitrate. Meaning ive tried quite a few different settings!!! Actual gameplay is spot on. max settings it runs great, no issues what so ever. When i watch the recordings its not ok... I have tried recording is 720p, besides the lack luster picture it records ok...Down scaling i've tried all 3 settings...still same result. What gives guys? Ill be trying a few other games today, see if anything else has issues recording. My brain hurts. I have tried searching these forums for a similar issue with no result. Hope this is in the correct section!!
