Hello, I am needing help connecting and using my black magic intensity extreme with the obs software. The software sees the device but when I select it from the pull down menu all I get is flashing pink/purple image.Can anyone provide me with any assistance.thabk you very much.
Right click on the Black Magic device in your sources and go to Properties. You have to match the output settings of your camera to the input of the Black Magic device. Make sure the correct device is selected and mode to change the input settings.
