Black Flutters when I start the stream and when I play and stream the gameplay just 1 specific game !? All my others stream fine please HELP! Thanks

I play and stream this game mx bikes but recently I have been having issues with a black flutter when I start stream it doesn’t do this with my other game just this game of course my favorite game lol,, can I please get some input or help for what to do? Thanks
