Question / Help Black Display Capture Screen

Hi, sorry if another irritating post I am a total newbie to recording software and computers in general. I am trying to record my display capture and it just shows black screen. I don't want to fiddle with my settings of the computer too much as I don't really know what each thing does. using my log file URL can anybody tell me what I need to be doing in order to get me up and running? Thanks!

I have display capture however I don;t appear to have game capture or be able to start a recording it says the following "Starting the output failed. Please check the log for details. If you are using NVENC or AMD encoders, make sure your video drivers are up to date"

I will try to figure out black screen for display capture but at least game capture works.
