Black bars when streaming in 720p

When I stream a video game in 720p to Twitch using display capture, the video output on Twitch has black bars on the right and bottom. In OBS, in the scene the display takes up the full screen. I've included pictures of the video output and the settings. Any help or pointers would be greatly appreciated!
