Im new to streaming and trying to figure some things out:
1. Black bars on stream
2. Fps problems
That is most of my obs settings
Computer specs:
Processor: Intel core i5-6400 CPU @ 2.70GHz
Ram : 16 Gbs
OS : Windows 10 64 bit
Video card: Amd Radeon RX 480
I also have a 29 inch monitor if that helps with anything
