Question / Help Black Bars on Resolution?!

Hey Guys i want to Stream, but i dont get it right. I have a 1680x1050 Monitor 16:10. But when i want to Stream it get Black Bars on the left and on the right. I also Downscaled the Resolution but i dont work also. Yes i know i need to stream with 16:9. But does it go with my Monitor?

16:10 is taller for the same width than 16:9, so when you fit a 16:10 image into 16:9 you will get empty space at the sides. You can change the resolution you run the game at, crop the top and bottom of the game capture, fill in the blank space with an overlay, or leave it blank. You could also squash the image to fit but that will look terrible.
