Question / Help Black Bars On Minecraft

So I have recently switched to OBS Studio and every other game doesnt have one black bar on the bottom except minecraft I don't know if this is because of Minecraft not in fullscreen but idk.

Did you make sure to set the same resolution in Minecraft as well being the one you are using in OBS on Video ?

I fixed it the res was 1280x720

Close Minecraft... open the Launcher
Click on "Launch Options" > make sure "Advanced Settings" is enabled
Click on the Version of the game you are running ex: 1.12.1
Enable "Resolution" and change it to what ever you are streaming at ex: 1280x720
Click on Save and run the game and leave it opened

Now on OBS Studio, click on Settings > Video tab
This is how I personally use it, I change both Base and Output resolution to 1280x720
Then click Okay

Now capture again Minecraft if needed, and that's it
