Question / Help Black Bar

When I'm recording it records my screen, but at the top of the screen. I don't know how to fix this. The resolutions are all correct (1920x1080) and this problem still occurs.

Never mind. It was just in windowed mode and I prefer full screen anyway so I got it fixed.
