When I install OBS my Zoom background is black and the camera does not come on when I select OBS Camera.

What do you mean by program window? I was trying to have a Zoom call with the lower thirds, but I can't even get the video to show in Zoom if I use OBS. Let me know if you need a screenshot.

The Program window is the big window in OBS that shows what you are streaming or recording. At this screenshot that's a captured website (everything within the green rectangle). The contents of the Program window is what can be made available via OBS's Virtual Camera.
So if the virtual camera results in a black screen within Zoom, I'm wondering what you are seeing in the Program window in OBS.

Thank you. I was able to fix it. I did not have my video capture on in OBS...I am totally new to OBS. Thanks for your assistance.
