Lately I have been having alot of bitrate spikes. Before bitrate spikes my stream would look perfectly fine to viewers but with these spikes lately my stream is barely watchable. I have attached my most recent log file for streaming Diablo III.
I used to stream Rocket League too which was watchable for my viewers until this issue came up. I restored my computer to factory settings and ran internet speed tests (300 down, 30 up) and I don't know what my issue could be. Like when I tried Rocket League the other day I even lowered the bitrate for the stream and it was still spiking. It goes just about down to 0KB/s all the way up to 4000KB/s.
