Bitrate showing 6000 after i've set it to 8000

Hey,

Ive been having an issue where my stream is looking grainy on monitors. I think its due to the bitrate showing to be set as 6000 when im streaming. ive set it to 8000 in advanced settings

Enable enhanced broadcast settings turned off
internet speeds 900 down 100 upload
using nvida's encoder Nvenc h.264 (nvidia 5070TI)
64 GB of RAM
Processor AMD Ryzen 9 7900 12-Core Processor, 3701 Mhz, 12 Core(s), 24 Logical Processor(s)


Base canvas set to 2560 x 1440
output 1920x1080
Lanczos downscale filter

any possible advise on what else it could be?

In Stream settings you need to enable ignore streaming services settings recommendations but is not advised to do so.
Now, if you're not a partner, keep it at 6000kbps max. Streaming services are kind of touchy about their limitations.
