my obs webcam recording is stuck at 25 000 bitrate about. even though the setting is only 2500
and no matter what i change it to the bitrate of the video file stays at around 25 000

also why cant i set 15fps? it wont let me choose the fps. i think my camera only does 15fps at this resolution
so thats just another thing making my recording file sizes way too big
