Hi everyone, lately i've been having issues with my bitrate. I stream 720p 60 fps with 5k CBR bitrate and i've never had any problems, today i streamed and after i was done i noticed my bitrate wouldn't go over 1.8 kb. I tried changing my settings again to no avail. Here's my log:

Disable dynamic bitrate.

It's actually disabled.
What's the easiest way to reset? Delete config files? Start a new profile?

This is a network issue, not an OBS issue. Dynamic bitrate is doing it's job; lowering the bitrate instead of dropping frames.

Sorry for the delay, i've tested my network and it works fine, no jitter, no lost packages. I'll try again when i get home
I know this is old, but how did you determine if this was a server connection issue?
