Recently whenever I try to stream my bitrate seems to be ridiculously low. I usually stream with 5000 bitrate at 720p30fps using NDI capture which means I use two PC to stream. I had no problem streaming until yesterday after receiving an update on OBS. The bitrate seems to bounce between 0-1000 and occasionally goes to 2500 for a second. I have an upload speed of 7mb/s and have streamed at 5000 bitrate no problem prior to this. Please help me fix this issue.
