Bitrate issue

I've never had an issue before with streaming it was normally stable throughout my stream but recently I've been having trouble getting above 2000-2500 bitrate. Speed tests are fine I went ahead and added a screenshot of the speedtest.

I also ran the twitch bandwidth test and it has pretty bad numbers and 0 quality as well (I also attached those results.

I will also attach my OBS log here of the test stream I did. Any thoughts? I would like to make sure that my streams are able to get back up without any issues again.

I tried streaming through streamlabs instead of obs and it seems to have fixed the issue overall. I wonder if it's a setting or something.
 
Your TwitchTest results are no bueno. If your internet connection is below 25mbps upload, quality numbers may be lower due to your ISP discarding packets. The quality is nadda but the bandwidth matches your log so it's accurate. Your log shows that you're connecting to rtmp://ingest.global-contribute.live-video.net/ which I'm guessing uses some location based dns server/router to route the traffic to the nearest server.

Check the streamlabs log to see what server it was connecting to and then you can manually connect to that one using stream key option in Twitch options in OBS.

If you have another computer available in your residence, run TwitchTest on that and see if you get similar or different results.
 
My twitch test now is much better I did talk with my ISP and they said there was no issues but now all of a sudden my twitch test is so much better.
