So I have been streaming for about a 2 weeks now and I can't get my stream looking decent because of the bitrate issue. (At least I think it is)
This issue happens every time there is fast motion on a game I am playing. My screen and especially my webcam would get real pixelated to when you can barely tell what is on the screen. I have looked everywhere for a solution, but no luck.
I set my output settings to 1600x900 at 60fps with the bitrate set at 6000. All my other settings and proof of how pixelated my stream gets are in this imigur link.
If anyone can help me solve this issue, I would greatly appreciate it!
