I stream at 3500 bitrate, but my stream is stuck at 1200-1500 kbps, and sometimes sits around 500. I have went through months of trying to solve this issue with my internet provider and every time they say it is not an issue on their end. I have updated all drivers, restarted internet, switched servers, etc.. I was hoping someone could help me solve this unsolvable issue... If you are an expert, I am willing to pay for your personal assistance. Here is my most recent log file. If I need to post it in a different format I will. My stream is twitch.tv/NoodleArmSteve if that helps. It is specifically bitrate.. My pc specs are not the issue. Thank you in advance!!!
