Hi everyone!
I've been using OBS for a little while and recently switched to OBS Studio. Everything works fine so far. But today I had something weird happening while streaming to Restream.io.
I got an alert on their website notifying me that my bitrate was higher than 3500.
Even though my settings are set to 3500 for max bitrate. Here is a screenshot of my settings.
Any idea how I can lock the bitrate? Or the problem is on their side?
Twitch seems to deal with it no problem but the result on Beam is lag etc...
Also my FPS is not stable at the weirdest moments, in a menu for example the FPS will drop under 60. But no problem during big teamfights with lots of visual effects all around the place. That's not a big issue though.
Here is my log file: (I stopped the stream and switched from 30 to 60fps) the problem was the same before/after the change so not impactful.
