Bitrate/Frames dropping when streaming

Output 'adv_stream': Number of dropped frames due to insufficient bandwidth/connection stalls: 598 (2.0%)

so your 140mbit/s cant handle 6000kbps... - either because you stream via wlan and have lots of traffic in your house; or your 140mbit/s are actually 14mbit/s - because with 6000kbps you can get 12-15mbit/s peaks = resulting in dropped frames

or your ISP is very bad and provides an unstable connection

or atl.contribute.live-video.net and your ISPs exitpoint have a bad-connection or very high jitter or is very far away = look if there is a server more close to your ISPs exitpoint (aka choose a different server)

go to speedtest.net and test servers in Miami and Atlanta - check 2-3 server in each location, test 4-5x each day on different times and choose which location is better (what upload speed you have, what ping and what jitter)

also tell me from each location your best and your worst result
