Bitrate for i5-3550?

I have an i5-3550, GT 1030 2GB DDR4, and 16GB of DDR3 Memory 1600MHz, What is the Best Bitrate for an i5-3550, I am recording on 1080p with 60FPS.

After those settings, I am having a issue, Whenever I am recording the game is Laggy, I am recording Angry Birds for PC, Whenever I change the Bitrate in the Advanced Settings, It doesn't lag, But I don't know which Bitrate I used, I try 2500, 6000, and 25000, and the video is Blurry, but not with 25000, which Kbps should I use for Bitrate

It only Lags in the Simple settings, but in the Advanced Settings, It doesn't But I change the Bitrate to 4000, and it's still Blurry, Which Bitrate do you think it is best in the Advanced Settings

Never mind, I got it to not lag, and not Blurry, All I did was change to High Quality, Medium File Size, MPEG-4 (.mp4), and Software (x264 low CPU usage present, increases file size)
