This is my last resort.
I've switched servers, i've lowered bitrate, i've lowered pc usage, i have tried multiple capture devices, obs studio, obs classic, and xsplit. I literally do not know what to do anymore.
My bitrate is in constant fluctuation while i stream, when a month ago it was solid. I stream at 3500 and now i see it dip below 1000 and everywhere inbetween. I dropped over 1000 frames in 5 minutes when before i was dropping 0. My CPU sits around the 50% mark at these settings and is a dedicated streaming machine so nothing else is being run on it.
Please someone help me I do not know what to do and streaming is my thing :(

EDIT: I should also explain, this modem is brand new from comcast, i got it because this problem was persisting. But it continued after the new modem. I also updated my network adapters even though they did not need updating. I opened the port necessary in the OBS help thread. I do not have a firewall service blocking it. Oh and i sit around 10-20 upload speed and have never had a problem with 3500 before this (several several months of perfect streaming with these settings, this problem just started happening one day)
I have done everything that i know that i can do. im lost.
