Question / Help Bitrate fall to 0 sometimes

Hello there, I have serious problem. When Im trying to stream my bitrate fall to 0 and stream freeze. I have 9mbps upload. When bitrate is on 0, in task manager is no network use.

are you using multi adapter compat option in game capture? disable it, you dont have SLI afaik

btw nvenc in 10x0 card may offer better quality than qsv in skylake, consider change after checking this
