Bitrate drops to 0 while internet stays stable

My bitrade is always stable at 5800-6600 (set it to 600 in the settings). all of i sudden it sometimes jumps down to 0-1000 and the stream dies. it doesnt
get up to 6000 again. i basically have to restart obs again

Having major problems with this streaming to my own nginx RTMP server on my own LAN. All Linksys router optimizations applied. Maybe I need to configure my giga LAN adapters? Jumbo frame? Adaptive Interframe? Other?
