So I moved houses and started streaming again with 0 issues on about 8500 bitrate then all of a sudden my bitrate kept going down to 0 and the bars on the bottom kept going into the red. I did the network optimization and bitrate optimization and it still shows the issue happening but the stream looks better. Is this something I can fix entirely or is it always going to show regardless of how much it affects the stream visually?
