Hello all,

I've never had this before but for last 2 days i keep getting this weird bitrate drop.
When i start the stream everything goes fine till 10seconds passed.
Then my bitrate drops to 0kb/s for 2seconds then it goes back up for 10seconds.

I've tried various things, anyone that can help me?

Same issue here... Bidrate drops causing frame drops and comes back no issues
tried with several other softwares:

AMD ReLive = no issue (gpu encoding)
Gameshow = no issue (cpu encoding)
Streamlabs OBS = same issue

I have check all the steps in the other post. I have did most of my test a blank OBS with no 1 blank scene. Also I have tested with higher or lower bitrates from 1000 till 5000!

My spec's :
i7-7700k (not overclocked)
Ram : 16gb ddr4
RX 480 8gb GPU

Please don't say it's a bandwidth issue.

Ok.

Try changing servers:
Tried, no solution. Keep getting drops.

Try lowering bitrate:
Tried, no solution. Bitrate went down again after few seconds.

Don't stream over wireless:
Only Ethernet cable connected to my pc.

Try another streaming service:
No issues using them.

Check firewall/router:

Firewall not blocking anything, double checked. Router isn't causing any problems.

Speed Testing:
I've uploaded my test already and as you see, my internet is totally fine.

Update Network Adapter Driver:
No updates found.

Contact your ISP:
No problem detected, should be able to stream daily.

Try the "new network code":
Only thing i've not tried, i'm looking into it now.

Did you read my post
Yes, you haven't read the first paragraph of the guide.

Speedtest.net/testmy.net do not test your connection in a way that is comparable to streaming. Use a dedicated testing utility like the twitchtest utility (if you're having trouble with twitch) and link the results of a medium duration test.

as state in my post I can stream with amd relive or gameshow at 5000 no issue
ill post it again to make it easy

AMD ReLive = no issue (gpu encoding)

Streamlabs OBS = same issue

So it's not my connection

This guide contains every piece of dropped frames / disconnect / network related advice we can give. If you really truly honestly super duper actually 100% tried everything in this guide (including replacing hardware), and you still have issues then the problem is somewhere along the route between you and whichever server you are trying to stream to. In this case, there will not be anything you can do to resolve the issue as an end user, and it is recommended that you contact your Internet Service Provider (ISP). Also, please note that dropped frames are near impossible to be caused by OBS itself. This means if you just updated and you're seeing dropped frames, they are not related, even if you think they are.

Packetloss is MASSIVE.
I wouldn't consider ANY of those servers to be suitable to stream to on that connection.
The closest one to being usable is Lisbon.

@Ray De Cramer,
Are you based in Europe? If so then your Quality should be a lot higher, most should be 90+ with one or two sitting on or near 100.

Try doing a clean installation of OBS (Making sure there is no trace of OBS on your system)

You may have to manually update your network drivers as I have had to multiple times in the past. It may also be that the latest network drivers are somewhat problematic and you have to roll back.

Edit: Latest drivers for your network are version 23.1,

Short duration isn't long enough to be usable, you need medium or longer to tell if the connection is going to be stable.

Not a lot you can do except continue to complain to your internet provider about.
