bitrate drop when in discord call

I know this is probably a very stupid question that I should know the answer to but I'm still learning about all of this stuff. so whenever I'm streaming I normally use a bitrate of 4200 which works perfectly fine but whenever I get into a discord call while streaming the bitrate drops down to any where between 100 and 2k. does anyone know what could be the cause and how to fix it?? any help would be greatly appreciated! thank you ahead of time for any one that read this

Discord also uses the same bandwith you use to stream.

Restart OBS and perform a test stream/recording of no less than 30 seconds doing as you normally do, including playing games, full camera or whatever you normally do.
Look in Help menu. Upload the current log file and paste the url to the log in here. Click on the Analize button to start troubleshooting common issues.
