Bitrate drastically reducing and stream lost

Hi, we have been streaming our church since the begining of covid. Only over the last few weeks our bit rate over the course of the stream will drop as low as zero many times during the service, and then will go back up to 5000. Today it got so bad it was completely cut off about 10 mins in, and also after restarting the stream and having bitrate issues throughout, OBS crashed at the end. This is the first time obs actually crashed. Normally we just see the bit rate go down very low and the video suffers (looks like minecraft), but the audio stays quite clear. We have a beefy PC, I've bypassed the internal firewall so it is sitting on its own router to the outside world. I've upgraded the internet speed 1GBdown/150MBup and followed the recommended settings on this forum. I'm wondering if youtube servers are being bogged down on Sunday mornings. I would really appreciate some advice on this! Thanks!

Thanks for the reply cyclemat. ISP says they aren't to blame. No errors in router. I've even switched to a new router on it's own secondary ip from the ISP, modem is in bridge mode, no double NAT. No other devices on this network. Can it be possible that YouTube servers are to blame? I cant figure out if there's a way to change the YouTube server, in YouTube live dashboard it shows as rtmp://a.rtmp.youtube.com/live2 Should I be trying the backup server? In the YouTube live dashboard my default stream key is variable. I've tried creating a new stream key selecting HD 3000-6000 but it doesn't seem to make a difference.

Thanks Cyclemat, network drivers are updated. I'll remove spybot. I ended up being able to convince the ISP of issues, after much testing starting from my site, they have confirmed the entire neighborhood is having noise in the transmission (upload) frequencies. Apparently they traced some noise to a couple houses in the area with bad equipment inserting interference into the cable. I never would have imagined this to be a reason! Still waiting for this problem to be completely resolved but it seems to be getting better.
