Question / Help Bitrate and Video Settings

Hey, I am wondering what bitrate I should use for 1920x1080 60fps. My system components is CPU- i3 6100 GPU- AMD RX 480 8gb, Ram- 16gb

For recording, use the recording quality presets and a hardware encoder. For streaming it will depend on the service you're using.
