Bitrate and frames dropping with high quality stable internet

I have tried everything that I was able to find on the internet. Tested to see which server is best for streaming, switched to it, updated all my drivers multiple times. Uninstalled and reinstalled OBS. I miss streaming so much and I'm desperate. I will talk to my ISP next if I can't find out here but I don't think it's my internet it's the most stable it's been since upgrading. Upload never goes below 30mbs, yet I can't even hold 3500 bitrate. Real rough. Appreciate any help. Let me know if I should try streaming longer for more log information. I don't know how much of that works.

Okay don't display publicly I apologize I have to work with Twitch on it I think. I finally got it to work streaming on YouTube.

Also, be aware there is a good correlation to those having network issues at times, and users of streamelements.... just saying.
You were right to test and alternate provider. happy to hear an alternate platform worked well. That should largely rule out issues with your PC, streamelements, ISP, etc. Though beware other unexpected LAN activity .. I often find folks are unaware of other network traffic and how it impacts latency and jitter sensitive traffic like streaming

I'm not a Twitch user, but something to look into is to make sure the stream settings you are using for twitch aren't contributing to your problems (and beware the large number of folks posting technical stuff on the Internet that either have no clue what they are talking about, or fail to disclose (or are ignorant) of the caveats that co along with their observations/recommendations. ie, what works for them may well not work for you for good reason)
